Absolutely. Our programs are designed specifically for people returning to exercise or starting for the first time. We begin exactly where you are and progress at your pace.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No referral needed. Our Exercise Physiologists are trained to work with adults over 50 and can assess your needs directly. We do recommend informing your GP about starting any new exercise program.
What if I have existing health conditions?
Our Exercise Physiologists specialize in working with chronic conditions common after 50, including arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart conditions. We adapt every exercise to work with, not against, your health status.
How is this different from a regular gym?

What if I can't commit to multiple sessions per week?
